Two Of Challenger’s Newest Jets Available For Elite Air Charter
Aircraft management firm Elite Air has added two new Challenger 3500s to its charter fleet, bringing its customers the most advanced super-midsize business jet Bombardier offers today.
The C3500 continues the beloved legacy established by previous models in the Challenger line. Elite Air has managed and chartered Challenger aircraft at nearly every iteration since the 2000s.
“Challengers have been a mainstay of our fleet for almost two decades for good reason—they are the perfect jet for owners looking for comfort, practicality, and charterability,” Elite Air President AJ Becker said.
Bombardier delivered its first C3500 in October last year. A direct update on the advanced C350, the new super-midsize features the most advanced and comfortable cabin in the Challenger line thus far, with full voice control and “zero gravity” Nuage seats. Bombardier says the aircraft’s design is the most sustainable the company has ever produced.
The C3500 offers 3,400 nautical miles of range and outstanding field performance and steep-approach capabilities, climbing quickly and directly to 43,000 feet. The aircraft’s top speed is Mach 0.83, and it features significantly improved avionics, making it the most responsive and intelligent business jet in its class.
The new-off-the-line C3500s in Elite Air’s fleet are configured to comfortably seat 9 passengers and are based in Central Florida, one at Orlando International Airport and the other at Orlando Executive. The MCO-based aircraft is available for charter immediately. The ORL-based C3500 is charterable for flights in 2024 and beyond.
