The Citation XLS, a turbofan-powered, medium-sized business jet built by the Cessna Aircraft Company, offers the features of a super-midsize in a smaller cabin but at a more affordable price point. Elite Air's Citation XLS, based at David Wayne Hooks Airport in Houston, was refurbished in 2013 and can carry eight passengers nearly 4,000 miles.
